No Energy? Try Grazing

     Do you find yourself running low on energy? Do you get sleepy in the mid-afternoon? The answer may be in how you eat. Instead of eating two or three large meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), try to “graze”. Grazing means eating throughout the day. Snacking on healthy high energy low-fat foods every hour (or even more frequently), will provide you with an ongoing source of energy and moderate your blood-sugar levels. Combined grazing with frequent short-bouts of exercise, and your body will become a high-energy, fat-burning machine.
